Jayson Matias

Jayson Matias is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Financial Manager at Astrion since September 2022. Previously, Jayson held multiple roles within the United States Department of the Air Force from September 2013 to October 2022, including Master Sergeant/SNCOIC/Budget Analyst, Quality Assurance Manager, and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Analyst. In these positions, Jayson focused on enhancing internal control compliance, supporting decision-making through data analysis, and coordinating audits to ensure financial management excellence. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island, an Associate of Science in Finance from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Johnson & Wales University. Currently, Jayson is pursuing a CRM Admin Certification at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
