Jim McMahon

Jim McMahon has a diverse work experience in program management and cybersecurity. Jim started their career at TWD & Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the Tier 1 Service Desk. Jim then moved on to become the NMCI Enterprise/SUPSHIP Program Manager.

Following that, Jim worked at RGS Associates, Inc. as an IT Cyber Security Program Manager, managing the Navy Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems and Next Generation Enterprise Network programs. Jim also served as the SUPSHIP Legacy Networks Transition Program Manager, overseeing the transition of IT Legacy Networks for Navy privately contracted shipyards.

Jim then joined Odyssey Systems as a Program Manager II in the Airspace Mission Planning Division. Here, they provided administrative and programmatic support to the Combat Air Forces Division Chief and assisted in program management for F-15 and F-22 Aircraft.

In 2018, Jim joined PCI as an HBM Task Lead and Senior Program Manager in the Airspace Mission Planning Division. Jim supported the U.S. Air Force Joint Mission Planning System and Foreign Military Sales program. Jim later transitioned to the position of Program Manager II in the same division.

Most recently, Jim worked at Omni Federal as a Program Manager, responsible for managing programs and projects. Jim is currently serving as the Principal Program Manager at Oasis Systems LLC.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in program management, cybersecurity, and providing administrative and programmatic support.

Jim McMahon attended Radford University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice. In 2015, they received the Security+ certification from CompTIA. In 2017, they completed a course called "The Effective Facilitator" from Leadership Strategies. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Product Management, Agile Product Owner, and Scrum Master from Udemy.
