Eric Katz has over six years of professional experience in business and technology integration, data analytics and integration, hardware development, and consulting. In 2017, they co-founded Oat Haus, a San Diego based food and wellness company. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Business and Technology Integration Consultant for Accenture, where they defined an Accenture practice to help clients achieve speed, scale, safety, security, and simplicity through building new apps and modernizing legacy apps to run on cloud-native platforms. In 2014, they worked as a Data Analytics and Integration Consultant for Atlassian. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Hardware Developer for Consumer Physics, Inc., where they solid modeled a cutting edge optical micro-sensor for the world's first handheld molecular spectrometer. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Consultant for TAMID Group, where they lead pro-bono consulting projects focusing on market research, competitive analysis, US market entry strategy, beta testing/product development and design for innovative Israeli companies moving to the Silicon Valley.
Eric Katz graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Prior to this, they attended Dos Pueblos High School (Engineering Academy). Eric does not have any additional certifications.
