Shelley Puckett Pe

Shelley Puckett, PE, is a highly experienced Project Structural Engineer with a robust background in structural engineering spanning over two decades. Currently at Oates Associates, Inc. since December 2018, Puckett applies expertise in structural analysis and design. Previous experience includes a role at S-E-A from December 2003 to October 2008, where responsibilities encompassed structural inspections, failure evaluation, and expert witness testimony.
