Sarah Lippitt

Sarah Lippitt is an experienced professional in the fields of credit and data science, currently serving as the Director of Credit & Data Science at OatFi since December 2024. Prior to this role, Lippitt held the position of Sr. Director of Risk at Checkr, Inc. from January 2023 to January 2024, and served as the Head of Risk at Gusto from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading various teams related to risk strategy and operations. Earlier career experiences include roles at XL Catlin in Structured Credit Risk and Deutsche Bank in Securitized Products. Lippitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a certificate in Operational Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
