Brian Derrick

Brian Derrick is a political strategist and founder of Oath. They held leadership and fundraising roles across campaigns and organizations, including deputy director of tri-state finance for Gillibrand (2018–2019), finance director for Mikie Sherrill for Congress (2019–2020), director of development and communications at Mind the Gap (2022–2023), and a political consultant in New York (2020–2021). They previously worked as a major gifts officer at Lambda Legal (2017–2019) and as a finance associate at V2 (2018), with earlier roles including an internship at Pelotonia (2014–2015), a page at the Ohio Senate (2013), and a marketing and communications associate position at AIDS Resource Center Ohio (2013–2014). They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
