Alex Neuman

Alex Neuman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning design, facilitation, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Leadership & Team Facilitator (Consultant) at Oatly, Alex co-developed a global Leadership Program and works to enhance team performance and culture. As a Senior Learning Designer & Facilitator at Hello Neuman, Alex specializes in experiential learning and remote/hybrid work, while also co-founding Colearn, which focuses on scalable solutions for organizational change. Previous roles include Head of Learning Design at Hyper Island, where Alex contributed significantly to corporate learning methodologies and online course development, and International Leadership Trainer for CISV International, designing programs on critical social issues. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History & Contemporary Studies from the University of King's College and various leadership and facilitation qualifications.
