Baohong Zeng

Baohong Zeng is a Research Engineer in Analytical Chemistry at Oatly since May 2022, specializing in analytical method development and validation for oat and cereal analysis, with hands-on experience in various chromatographic techniques. Previously, Baohong worked as an R&D Engineer at Mycorena from January 2021 to April 2022, focusing on upstream fermentation processing and completed a Master Thesis on protein extraction from Mycoprotein. Prior roles include a Remote Chinese-English Translator at SGS and laboratory assistant positions at the Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Guangdong Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center. Baohong holds a Master's degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from both Hong Kong Baptist University and Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University.
