Chandra Caridi

Chandra Caridi has over 15 years of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Chandra currently holds a senior role at Oatly as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Juice Press. Chandra also worked at Blue Apron as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Before that, they held positions as a Regional Talent Acquisition Leader at Town Sports International and as the Corporate and Retail Talent Acquisition Lead at Donna Karan. Chandra also has experience in health coaching at American Specialty Health and as a Human Resources Generalist at Toyota/Lexus. Chandra started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Bridgepoint Education and as a Human Resources Generalist at Armani Exchange. In addition, they had an internship at Viacom Inc, MTV Networks, where they focused on work, life, and training.

Chandra Caridi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from Pace University between the years 2000 and 2005.
