Giuseppe Lombardo has an extensive work experience in finance and investment banking. Giuseppe started their career in 2011 as a Business Analyst at Corporacion FLB, where they implemented a new system for the treasury department and analyzed costs and revenues. Giuseppe then worked as a Treasury Manager & Chief of New Projects, leading a team in the creation of an online store and improving payment time to suppliers. Lombardo was later promoted to the role of CFO & Chief of New Projects, where they executed a plan to raise capital and advised the CEO and COO in developing a new financial and strategic plan.
In 2016, Lombardo joined Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Summer Associate and returned in 2017 as an Investment Banking Associate. Giuseppe then served as an Investment Banking Vice President, contributing to the company's success until 2022.
Most recently, Lombardo held various leadership roles at Oatly, starting as the Vice President of Finance and Business Strategy. Giuseppe then became the Vice President of Finance EMEA before their current role as the SVP EMEA & Global Controlling, overseeing the company's financial operations.
Giuseppe Lombardo completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Bentley University from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they participated in a study abroad program specializing in Finance and Economics at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, graduating between 2015 and 2017.
