Haley Oser

Haley Oser, DPH MBA, currently serves as the US Regional Director of Procurement at Oatly since December 2021, while also being the Founder of Forager Consulting LLC, providing advisory services to small businesses on raw material sourcing and procurement strategies since 2020. Previously, Haley Oser held the position of GM Supply Chain/Business Development at Hopsteiner, where strategic business development for a vertically integrated hemp division was a key focus. As Director of Procurement at Traditional Medicinals, Inc., Haley Oser managed global sourcing needs and established a strategic contract position. Earlier roles included US Regional Supply Chain Manager and Agronomist at MillerCoors, and various management and teaching positions at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Denver, a Doctor of Plant Health from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
