James Lock

James Lock, ACMA, CGMA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. James started their career at Nestlé, where they held various roles such as Master Data Analyst, Customer Service Executive, and Senior Central Inventory Analyst. James then progressed to roles including COGS Analyst, Inventory Accounting Analyst, and Senior Commercial Expenditure Analyst. James later became the Senior Financial Controller at Nestlé.

In 2017, James joined Raisio as the Finance Director for Western Europe for Benecol. In this role, they successfully built an efficient finance function for the region and re-acquired brand. James was responsible for financial modeling, risk assessment, and implementing financial processes.

Furthermore, James worked as the Head of Finance Healthy Foods at Raisio, where they led all aspects of finance management for the Healthy Food Division. James was a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for developing commercial strategies and overseeing financial processes and reporting.

Most recently, James served as the Oatly UK Finance Director at Oatly, where they are currently employed.
