Katherine Quek

Katherine Quek is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at Oatly since May 2020, Katherine enjoys leading start-up projects and fostering growth within the organization. Prior experience includes tenure at AbbVie as a Site HR Business Partner for Talent Acquisition, where Katherine played a pivotal role in establishing two manufacturing facilities in Singapore. Previous roles also include HR Manager at Evonik, where Katherine focused on talent acquisition and employer branding for the SEAANZ region, and a Senior HR Business Partner at Vestas, managing talent acquisition across the APAC region. Katherine holds a Diploma in Compensation and Benefits from the Singapore Human Resources Institute, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from La Trobe University, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
