Alexander Leppla

Alexander Leppla is an experienced food scientist and manager with a background in product commercialization and research and development. Currently serving as the Product Commercialization and Tech Services Manager at Oats Overnight since December 2023, Alexander previously held roles at Campbell Soup Company as R&D Manager and Senior Food Scientist from December 2020 to December 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Business Quality Systems Analyst at Campbell Soup Company, Consultant at ManpowerGroup, and Senior Research Scientist at Pepperidge Farm. Alexander began a career in food science at Conagra Brands, where roles included Senior Food Scientist from June 2008 to April 2016.
