Benedict Lim has a diverse work experience. Benedict is currently the Founder & CEO of OATSIDE, a company that produces delicious and sustainable oat milk. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Chief Financial Officer for Heinz ABC Indonesia & Papua New Guinea, Integration Lead for Kraft Heinz Australia & Cerebos Australia, Chief Financial Officer for Cerebos, and Head of M&A for Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, and Africa. Additionally, Benedict worked as an Investment Professional at Bain Capital.

From 2012 to 2015, Benedict Lim attended the University of Cambridge where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
