Matt Molloy

Matt Molloy is the Senior Vice President of Operations at OB Sports. Matt has over 18 years of experience in the golf industry, including managing high-end resort golf clubs and overseeing the operations of golf communities. Prior to their current position, Matt was the Director of Golf/General Manager at Sandia Golf Club from January 2005 to December 2018. Matt was responsible for opening and staffing the entire facility, as well as managing its operations, which included Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Course Maintenance, Human Resources, and Marketing & Advertising.

From January 2000 to December 2004, Matt was the Director of Golf at Heritage Eagle Bend. Matt was responsible for opening the facility on July 28, 2000 and oversaw its entire operations, including Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Golf Course Maintenance, Accounting, and Human Resources. Matt achieved low staff turnover and was responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing an Annual Operating Budget totaling $2.5 Million that included a Marketing & Advertising plan. Matt also maintained full P&L responsibilities for the budget and reported operation performance during monthly meetings to the Board of Directors & Management Company. In addition, Matt opened a new $8 million clubhouse (37,000 sq. ft.) and oversaw its Food & Beverage operation with sales in excess of $900,000, including $300,000 in banquet and wedding revenue.

Their manager is Orrin Vincent Ii, Chairman / Founder. They are on a team with Jeff Schwinkendorf - Vice President, Construction & Renovation, Luke Beardmore - Senior Vice President of Agronomy, Construction & Landscape, and Ryan Whitney - Senior Vice President of Operations.
