Ammar Rizki

Ammar Rizki serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Obama Foundation since June 2022, and has been a member of the Northbrook/Glenview School District #30 Board of Education since April 2019. Prior experience includes key financial leadership roles at Cook County Government, where responsibilities included managing a $4.4 billion operating budget and overseeing financial operations as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to June 2022. Ammar also held the position of Fund Manager at NBP Fullerton Asset Management Limited, implementing investment advisory services for significant portfolios, and previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Talon Asset Management, and Hewitt Financial Services in various financial and investment roles. Educationally, Ammar holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as bachelor's degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago and Southeastern University, respectively.
