Becca Dobrez

Becca Dobrez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Field Organizer for Obama for America. Becca then worked as a Campus Coordinator for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, Dobrez served as a Regional Field Director for Obama for America. Becca joined Nextdoor.com in 2013, where they held the positions of Chicago Community Director and Regional Field Manager. Dobrez then worked at 270 Strategies as a People Operations Program Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they returned to the Obama Foundation as an Experience Associate and later became a Senior Education Experience Associate. In 2020, Dobrez joined Biden for President as the GOTV Special Projects Director. Currently, they are employed at the Obama Foundation as a Senior Associate in the Office of the President and also holds the role of Special Projects & Events Manager in the Office of the CEO.

Becca Dobrez completed their high school education at Homewood Flossmoor High School from 2003 to 2007. Becca then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2011.
