Jana Degrott

Jana Degrott is a seasoned leader in promoting social inclusion and accessibility, currently serving as a Community Group Facilitator for the Obama Foundation, guiding emerging leaders through skill-building workshops focused on pressing challenges in Europe. Jana's commitment to societal enhancement is further reflected in roles such as Founder and CEO of Real Impact Hub, which addresses barriers to accessibility, and Founder of Be Human ASBL, dedicated to fostering gender equality and inclusion for people with disabilities. Additionally, Jana holds various board positions, including with ULESS and Lëtzebuerger Journal, and is an active participant in global initiatives as a Goalkeeper for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and a Responsible Leader with the BMW Foundation. Jana's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Law and International Law from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor's degree in Law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
