McKenzie Carter

McKenzie Carter is an experienced professional in community leadership, media, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as a Community Leadership Corps Member at the Obama Foundation since April 2019 and a Media and Marketing Strategist at Starfish Practice since January 2019, McKenzie has held various roles, including Community and Content Manager at CopilotIQ and Communications Manager at Health Impact Ohio. Additional experience includes a Digital Marketing and Communications Internship at the Quinlan Business Leadership Hub and a PR/Social Media Internship at Chrome City PR. McKenzie has also served as a Panhellenic Delegate for the Phi Sigma Sigma Zeta Tau Chapter. McKenzie holds a Master's degree in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Community Organization and Advocacy from Loyola University Chicago, complemented by a high school diploma from Hathaway Brown School.
