Nikola Ilic is an accomplished leader and educator with extensive experience in leadership development and change management. As the Founder and CEO of ChangeLab Global since December 2018, Nikola has aimed to transform the industry by promoting empowering leadership and practical frameworks. Simultaneously, roles as Program Curriculum Facilitator with the Obama Foundation, Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, and Co-Lead of the Leadership Development Program at Volt Europa highlight a commitment to educational excellence and community leadership across Europe. With a strong foundation in grassroots engagement as Co-Founder and President of Serbia on the Move, alongside previous positions in strategic and consulting roles at the World Bank Group and Delta Holding, Nikola brings a unique blend of academic and practical experience in leadership, community organizing, and social development.
