Natalia Stiglincova

Natalia Stiglincova has been working in the field of employee development and training for several years. Natalia currently holds the position of Senior Spezialistin für Personalentwicklung/Talent- und Performancemanagement at ÖBB and previously worked as an Employee Development Specialist at Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. - Skupina ZSE. With a background in humanities, specifically German language and literature studies and history, from Comenius University in Bratislava, Natalia has a strong educational foundation to support their career in training and development.
