Paul Hecht

Paul Hecht is an Innovation Manager at ÖBB, where they lead the "Multifunctional Lockers" project to enhance customer experience at railway stations across Austria. They previously worked at brutkasten as a Media and Event Consultant and have a diverse background in disability care, entrepreneurship, and public innovation. Paul also owns Gondel Café, where they manage operations and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the business. With a Master of Science in Innovation and Technology Management underway and a Bachelor’s degree in Export-oriented Management, Paul is passionate about driving impactful change while fostering inclusive environments.
