Lahar Pasad

Lahar Pasad has a strong background in design and product development. From 1999 to 2000, Lahar worked as a Design Consultant at Abercrombie & Fitch and as a Design Assistant at EILEEN FISHER, INC. From 2000 to 2002, Lahar served as a Designer for Private Label Apparel at Contrepoint Industries. Lahar then joined West Elm, where they held various roles including Designer, Head Designer/Manager, and Design Director for home textiles, upholstery, and color from 2002 to 2018. Since 2018, Lahar has been the Founder and Creative Director at LP Inc., specializing in brand, design, and creative consulting. Additionally, Lahar is currently the VP of Design and Product Development at Obeetee Inc since April 2021.
