Abdulkarim Alnujaidi, Ph.D, is a distinguished professional currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of Asas Capital since April 2025. Holding numerous board positions, Abdulkarim is an Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee and NRC at Nayifat Finance Company, a Board Member and NRC Chairman at OBEIKAN GLASS COMPANY, and a Board Member at ALKHALEEJ TRAINING & EDUCATION among others. With extensive experience in governance and finance, Abdulkarim has also played a role as an Investor at Fintech Galaxy and held previous directorships, including boards for various funds at Yaqeen Capital.
