Noel Gilmartin

Noel Gilmartin has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Noel began their career at John Paul Construction in 1996, where they served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor until 2002. Noel then moved on to P.Elliott & Co Ltd in Dublin, Ireland, where they continued their role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor until 2004. In 2004, they joined Obelisk Group as a Commercial Manager, a position they currently hold.

Noel Gilmartin attended Lough Allen College from 1984 to 1989. Noel did not earn a degree nor did they have a specified field of study during this time. From 1989 to 1992, they attended the Institute of Technology, Sligo, but did not earn a degree. Noel'sfield of study at this institution was Construction Economics. Finally, from 1992 to 1995, they attended Ulster University and obtained a degree in Quantity Surveying, specializing in Quantity Surveying.
