Joe Baker

Joe Baker is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law and entrepreneurship. Currently a shareholder at Ober Mountain since October 2022, Joe has also been a founder of Ole Smoky Distillery, LLC since June 2010 and Yee-Haw Brewing Company since June 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Tennessee from November 2001 to November 2003. Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, obtained between 1998 and 2001, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University, earned from 1996 to 1998. Joe's educational journey began at The University of the South, where studies occurred from 1994 to 1996.
