Mathijs de Vries

Mathijs de Vries is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the outdoor and sports industry. Since January 2017, Mathijs has served as the Area Sales Manager Benelux and Scandinavia and B.U. Director Export at Oberalp Group, overseeing all distribution markets for group brands. Additionally, Mathijs is the Owner of Dutch Mountains sales agency and a ski instructor at SnowWorld. Formerly, Mathijs worked at Odlo from January 2007 to December 2016, where responsibilities included Country Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium, managing a team of 11, and overseeing the complete P&L, sales, and marketing strategy. Mathijs began the career in sales with Marsch Sportswear and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in Marketing Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
