Phillip Milidantri has extensive experience in various leadership roles related to manufacturing and surface treatment. Phillip currently holds the position of Vice President of Oberg Industries' Medical Finishing Solutions division. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President at The K2 Group LLC. From 2013 to 2020, Phillip was the Vice President and Partner at Broad Peak Manufacturing, specializing in the manufacturing and critical finishing of Recon Implants. Phillip also served as Vice President at Sinto Surface Treatment from 2014 to 2017. Other notable roles include General Manager at Tecomet, Inc's Hillburn Mfg Site and Vice President and Co-Founder at Everest Metal Finishing. Phillip began their career in sales and application engineering at Pinnacle Technologies and later became a Product Manager at USF Surface Preparation, where they focused on sales of automated air blast and shot peening equipment.

Phillip Milidantri attended Rockland Community College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, they attended St. Thomas Aquinas College in 1996, focusing on Economics and Finance. During 1997 to 1998, Phillip pursued further studies in Economics at Dominican University New York.
