Ryan Vance

Ryan Vance has an extensive background in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Oberg Industries since June 2011, where responsibilities include designing and refining fixturing and developing prototypes for process improvement. Prior to this role, Ryan Vance gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Cygnus Manufacturing Co., LLC in the summer of 2010. Earlier experience includes working as a Precision Tool Grinder at S.Q. Tool and Cutter Grinding from March 2005 to August 2007, where skills in sharpening and creating cutting tools were developed, along with the setup and operation of CNC and manual tool grinding equipment. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Pennsylvania College of Technology, completed in 2011.
