Frank Scheuer is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the financial and advertising sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at OBERLAND, an award-winning purpose-driven ad agency since February 2020, Frank also holds the positions of President and CEO at STINGER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC and Managing Director at Happy Buddha, LLC. Previously, Frank was the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Management at Jefferies from 2011 to September 2017, and has held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. Frank's educational background includes studies at Rutgers University and The Wharton School, with a degree from the Securities Industry Institute.
