Kate Charles serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner at OBERLAND, a purpose-driven ad agency, since July 2021. In addition, Kate is a Founding Member of Chief, a network aimed at supporting women executives. Previously, Kate held the position of Chief Planning Officer and Head of Insights & Analytics at Lippe Taylor, and advised the CEO and CTO at ClassTag, Inc. Moreover, Kate has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer at Seiden, SVP and Global Head of Insights & Planning at 360i, and Global Research Director at Hall & Partners Europe. Early career experience includes roles at Universal McCann and Campbell Mithun. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising and Spanish from the University of Minnesota and studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
