Ben Jones

Ben Jones currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Admissions Communications and Vice President for Communications at Oberlin College since June 2008. Prior to this role, Ben was the Director of Communications at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from June 2004 to June 2008. Ben's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the establishment of Blue Coda Inc., where Ben served as Founder, Partner, and Creative Lead from January 2002 to June 2008. Earlier in Ben's career, work included the position of Director of Design & Production at About.com and Director of American Prospect Online at The American Prospect. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, completed in 1996.
