Christian Drennen

Christian Drennen currently serves as the Director of Academic Technology & Instructional Support at Oberlin College, leading initiatives in academic technology and instructional design while enhancing faculty development and student engagement. Concurrently, Christian acts as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati, teaching courses in digital communication. Previously, Christian held various roles at the University of Cincinnati, including Assistant Director at the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning and Senior Instructional Designer within the College of Allied Health Sciences, where significant contributions included developing an LMS migration process and supporting effective educational practices. Earlier experience includes a Learning Specialist role at Staples, where project management and instructional design were key responsibilities, alongside supervisory positions in customer service and retail. Christian holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
