Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in facilities management and infrastructure development, currently serving as the Chief Facilities Officer at Oberlin College and Conservatory since February 2019. Previously, Kevin held the role of Ventura Water General Manager for the City of Ventura, overseeing a significant team and managing a substantial operating budget while implementing major water resource projects. Other notable positions include Chairman of the Strategic Laydown Assessment for the Chief of Naval Operations, Commanding Officer at the Civil Engineer Corps Officer School, and multiple senior roles within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and completed an Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Business.
