Laura Schubert Slys

Laura Schubert Slys is an experienced professional in advancement operations and development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Advancement Operations at Oberlin College since September 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Senior Development Specialist at Lorain County Community College Foundation from September 2017 to August 2023. Laura's extensive background includes a tenure as Senior Specialist in Development Operations at University Hospitals of Cleveland from November 2007 to September 2017, and as a Gift Planning Associate at Cleveland Foundation from April 2005 to September 2007. Laura began in the nonprofit sector as Development and Volunteer Manager at Citizens League of Greater Cleveland, where Laura worked from January 1995 to April 2005. Laura is an alumna of David N. Myers University.
