Ryan Schlothauer

Ryan Schlothauer is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT business analysis and coaching. Currently serving as the Lead IT Business Analyst at Oberlin College since February 2016, Ryan oversees the planning, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence and integration solutions. Previous roles at Oberlin include IT Business Intelligence Specialist, Payroll Specialist, Information Specialist in HR/Payroll, and Departmental Technician. Additionally, Ryan works as a tutor for College Recruiting Specialists, focusing on mentoring students in their academic and career planning. In coaching, Ryan held the position of Head Coach at Elyria Catholic High School and trained teams at Excalibur Premier Soccer Club and served as Director of Coaching for Solon Lightning Soccer Club. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from The College of Wooster.
