Min concentrates her practice exclusively on employment-based immigration law. She represents corporations in a wide range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, information technology, universities and secondary schools, health care and nonprofit organizations. Min assists international companies with their immigration issues during acquisitions, mergers, global relocations and downsizings. She advises companies in developing “best practices” programs in I-9 Compliance and Verification, and has significant experience in worksite enforcement. Min has extensive experience in handling government investigations including on-site audits, depositions and appellate litigation.

Min firmly believes in the positive impact of a strong visa program on employee morale and productivity, which give companies competitive edge in the market for global talent, and for over 20 years, she has assisted her clients to attract and retain superior talent regardless of nationality. In representing international companies, Min coordinates the firm’s multi-disciplinary practice, including employment and labor, tax counseling, employee benefits and any other related matters to address ancillary issues in the global mobilization of personnel.
