Tom Wyatt

Tom Wyatt is a Partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, where Tom leads the municipal infrastructure and services practice area, advising local governments and municipal authorities on infrastructure-related matters. Tom also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Prior to these roles, Tom was a Partner at Dilworth Paxson LLP in the Corporate & Business Department and held key positions such as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Securities Counsel at Water Utility, and SEC Counsel and Corporate Counsel at American Water. Tom began a legal career as a Business Associate at Morgan Lewis and a Corporate Associate at Dechert LLP. Tom holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in English from Colorado State University.
