Karan Dawra

Karan Dawra, MBA, currently serves as the VP of Project Engineering at Oberon Fuels since October 2023. Prior to this role, Karan held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Ambercycle, where Karan established the engineering department and provided executive leadership in planning and strategy implementation. Karan's extensive experience at ExxonMobil spanned from May 2006 to June 2022, culminating in a role as Commissioning Manager for the Gulf Coast Growth Ventures project, which successfully completed a $1.2 billion commissioning campaign. Other notable positions included Offsites & Utilities Engineering Manager, Mechanical Commissioning Lead, and Lead Process Engineer, contributing to various high-value projects. Karan's early career included a role as a Process & Environmental Engineer at Weyerhaeuser. Karan holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
