Lou Frost has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industries. They started their career as the Chief Legal Officer at VDC Communications, Inc. in 1998 and held the position until 2001. They then worked at Deutsche Bank as an Associate from 2003 to 2005. Following that, Lou joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President from 2005 to 2008. They then moved to Macquarie Capital (USA), Inc. and served as a Senior Vice President for one year. In 2010, Lou joined KPMG Corporate Finance / KPMG LLP as a Managing Director / Partner until 2012. In 2013, they became the President of Integritas Capital Advisors, LLC and the Managing Director of Oberon Securities, LLC. Currently, Lou Frost is serving as the Senior Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at LCR Capital Partners, a global firm specializing in financing real estate and hospitality projects.
Lou Frost began their education at Princeton University in 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Following their undergraduate studies, Lou attended William & Mary Law School from 1993 to 1996, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Later, Lou pursued further education at Columbia Business School from 2001 to 2003, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.
