Michael Shwarts

Michael Shwarts has extensive work experience in the investment banking and financial services industry. Michael began their career in 1998 as a Senior Vice President at Ladenburg Thalmann & Company, Inc. Michael then worked as a Managing Director at Private Investment Bank, where they focused on small and middle-market businesses in Russia, CIS, and Eastern Europe.

In 2006, Michael joined Newbridge Securities Corporation as a Senior Investment Banker before moving on to Himalaya Capital Group Inc in 2007, where they served as a Managing Director. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Dominick & Dominick | Now Wunderlich Wealth Management, offering a range of financial services including wealth management, investment banking, and corporate finance.

From 2011 to 2017, Michael held the position of Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at Vertical Group, a full-service investment bank.
