Stanley Stark

Stanley Stark has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Stanley currently serves as a Director at Oberon Securities, LLC, where they provide private equity and debt financing services, as well as buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory to startups, growth, emerging, and mid-size businesses. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President at INTE Securities LLC, a SEC/FINRA registered broker-dealer focused on private placements and deal syndication. In this role, they were responsible for deal sourcing for early growth opportunities in various industries. Stanley also has extensive experience as a Managing Director of Private Equity at Finprime, where they worked for over ten years.
