Dan Bengis has over 16 years of work experience, primarily in finance roles at L'Oréal. Dan began their career at L'Oréal in 2005 and held various positions, including Vice President of L'Oréal Beauty Devices Operations Finance, Vice President of Clarisonic Finance, AVP of Finance for L'Oréal Paris Brand Finance, AVP of Finance for L'Oréal Paris Commercial Finance, and AVP of Finance for L'Oréal Paris Hair Color and Hair Care. In these roles, they were responsible for managing profit and loss statements, implementing cost-saving measures, restructuring organizations and supply chains, integrating acquisitions, and implementing new business tools and processes. In 2021, they joined Oberto Snacks Inc. as the Senior Director of Operations Finance.

Dan Bengis has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
