Dennis Kramarczuk has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Dennis started their career as a Staff Accountant and Senior Financial Analyst at Allianz Life Insurance Co of North America in 1996 and worked there until 2002. Dennis then joined Novartis Medical Nutrition as a Finance Manager, where they had various responsibilities including financial planning & analysis, month-end close, and SAP implementation project work. From 2005 to 2006, they served as the International Controller at Polaris Industries, where they were responsible for planning, budgeting, management reporting, and analysis. Dennis then worked as a Finance & Accounting Consultant at Certes Financial Pros from 2006 to 2010, providing interim accounting services and advising management on financial reporting. In 2010, they joined MOM Brands as an Accounting Manager. Most recently, they have held positions at Oberto Snacks Inc., starting as the Director of Accounting in 2016 and later becoming the Vice President of Accounting in 2018.

Dennis Kramarczuk completed their education at the University of St. Thomas - School of Business. In 1985, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and attended the institution until 1989. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from the same university, studying from 1995 to 2004. Additionally, Dennis holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Minnesota, although it is currently inactive.
