Christian DeSousa has held various positions focused on membership and engagement, CRM management, and data analysis in different companies including Obesity Medicine Association, USI Insurance Services, SouthWestern Collection, Silvergate Pharmaceuticals Inc, Denver Public Library, ISPE, and CITICORP. With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, Christian has successfully implemented CRM systems, managed data analytics, and developed membership services policies and procedures throughout their career.
