Brian Jacobsen

Brian Jacobsen is an experienced legal professional specializing in construction law. Currently serving as the Juridisk chef at OBH Rådgivende Ingeniører since February 2023, Brian previously held the position of Chefkonsulent, entreprisejurist at Region Syddanmark from November 2016 to February 2023. Prior to that, Brian practiced as an Advokat (L) at Focus Advokater and Søberg Advokater, focusing on providing legal advice to contractors, professional builders, and public authorities regarding contract negotiation, ongoing project support, dispute resolution, and representation in court and arbitration cases. Brian holds a Cand.jur. degree from Aarhus University and a Master's degree in environmental and energy law from the same institution.
