Simon Coulthard

Simon Coulthard is an ESG Specialist at OBH Rådgivende Ingeniører since March 2025, having previously served as a BREEAM Consultant at Ramboll from August 2022 to March 2025, where Simon advised investors on sustainable building strategies and optimized environmental performance. Additionally, Simon has contributed as a consultant in EU Taxonomy and DGNB BIU, focusing on sustainable construction. Prior experience includes a Student Assistant role at Lendager and internships in architectural technology and construction management during studies at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, complemented by a background in carpentry from Tømrerfirma Bjørn Svendsen A/S and supervisory experience in the hospitality sector with TUI Nordic and SALT restaurant. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management from EK - Erhvervsakademi København and a carpentry degree from Københavns Tekniske Skole.
