Erin Dittman

Erin Dittman has extensive experience in performance and quality improvement within the human services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Performance and Insights at OBI Creative since February 2021, Erin previously held multiple roles there, including Director of Performance and Process Management and Senior Manager of Performance and Process Management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc., where Erin served as the Director of Performance and Quality Improvement, and various quality assurance roles. Earlier in Erin's career, roles at Boys Town included In Home Family Services Supervisor, Family Consultant, and Family Teacher. Erin Dittman holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University, a degree in Family and Community Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a degree in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University.
