David Hallinan

David Hallinan is an accomplished regulatory affairs executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Serving as VP of Regulatory Affairs at OBI Pharma, Inc. since March 2014, David is responsible for global regulatory strategy and overseeing health authority interactions for various cancer vaccine programs. Previously, David held the position of Vice President, Regulatory Affairs at Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where oversight included the successful management of multiple IND filings and NDA approvals. David's earlier career includes leadership roles at PAREXEL International Corporation and GH Besselaar/ICP, focusing on regulatory compliance and quality assurance for clinical trials. David earned a BSc and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Pharmacology from University College Dublin.
